More Pics
by Adam Housley
The answer to the weekend picture of the week will come later this evening. I will also post some behind the scenes stories, like what we bring with us to report, how we are dressed, the protocol with firefighters and law enforcement and a few other tidbits.
In the meantime, here are two more pics from our coverage today. The first are three firefighters from San Luis Obispo Fire.

Great Reporting Adam, thank you.
Forgot to ask, are you using the new camera, that you and “Greta” bought recently, to take the videos?
I hope these guys are getting some rest-
Don’t worry about the answer to the picture- I think I have been the nuisance over there-
I wonder how much smoke they are inhaling. How long can they work before they collapse? Your coverage has been unbelievable. Keep it up but get plenty of rest, stay well hydrated and stay safe. God Bless
please let me know if there is ANYTHING I can do to help!
Thank you for being out there reporting what’s really happening. I believe this is a picture of my son that you captured. Glen (Cal Fire SLO) is a 4rth generation, first year fire fighter and I have been chasing fire stories for 20 years as a fire fighters wife. I can’t tell you the thrill and relief and pride I got when I came across this pic and video. This is truly an amazing as well as tragic event. There are not words to express my gratitude.
So now what does Fox think about climate change?
powmadeak47.com was right all along
Please can you tell us if the fire had burned the downtown part of Running Springs….and if you know how far into Running Spring the fire has gone?
Thank you for the great reporting Adam…..
Thank you for your report on Running Springs Adam….Can you tell us if the downtown in Running Springs has burned? We lived in Running Springs for many years and are horrified at the pictures coming from that area.
We appreciate all you’re doing….and Be Safe!
Thank you for anything you can tell us about how much of Running Springs has been burned.
