The Answer, a Week Late

I never got the chance to give the answer to this photo from a week ago. Obviously, fire coverage and breaking news will always take priority. This building is actually the min municipal building on the Island of Phuket in Thailand. Because of the time difference, we were starting our shift at about 11pm local time. This is the building as it was lit up to celebrate the holidays. Unfortunately a wall of water changed the lives of so many. I actually stole the idea of this photo from my photographer on this story, LA Fox based Eric Barnes.

witnessed the execution of Stanley “Tookie” Williams. 
Wow would have never guessed Thailand! The municipal building I get, but who knew the architecture would be like that.
Certainly wouldn’t have guessed this one Adam. At first glance it took me back many years ago to a pic my parents took of their Christmastime visit to Silverado Resort, Napa for golf. Your stomping grounds I recall………… Closer look I felt it must certainly be some far away location at Christmas and that was it……………….until BINGO!!!!!!!!……….thanks for the answer!!

Is my recall correct in that the fire didn’t reach Pacific Palisades?????
****Across PCH where the Yacht Club is there used to be a Storm Realty Co.
Mr. Storm had a duplex rental above and I rented one half. Do you know if it still exists?? There was a little Colony Market (where my then boyfriend proposed to me) …….. how romantic was that????……..NOT!!! After marrying, I moved into his apt. on the beach owned by The Collins. Curious if it still exists????? Maybe you know them?? They owned an open air florist biz in Santa Monica that Carey Grant frequented (always buying daisies). Memories abound………….!!
******If next week-end calms a little for you……….how about some family interests???? Like in Yountville style??
