BOLINGBROOK — The bombshell revelation that his third wife’s death was a homicide blew the bravado right out of Drew Peterson — but not for long.

“I’m scared,” Peterson said Friday from the doorway of his house. But soon after he offered to come outside for an interview if a female television news reporter agreed to don a bikini. Last year, TV reporter Amy Jacobson was released from her job with NBC 5 Chicago after she was filmed in a bikini while visiting the Plainfield home of Craig Stebic, whose wife Stacy disappeared.

I highly doubt that this man “walks.” Because of his prior status as law enforcement and because of his prior history of violence there are several people; including the survivors of kathleen savio, family of stacy peterson, social service workers, current law officials, etc that are either owed the truth or have alot riding on the production of the truth. For instance, the children are still in this man’s care. I am convinced that this man has committed at least two murders. The reality of one prior wife’s mysterious death will hopefully provide answers to the mysteriousness of Peterson’s current wife’s disappearance.

Then there’s just the usual monotony. How many times have we seen cases like this? How many times does a wife disappear and it is found or even suspected that her husband had something to do with it; whether he actually committed the murder or paid someone else to do it? I see the same unexplainable behavior whenever I read about Drew Peterson that I saw in Scott Peterson, a convicted murderer. This man does not even help in the search for his missing wife. Regardless of whatever “issues” they were going through in their marriage, it would be to his benefit to find Stacy. Afterall, she is the mother of his children. And after he “learns” that his third wife’s death has been ruled a homicide all peterson can say is, “You’re kidding me.”

Peterson has been under investigation for months. He has not gotten away with anything and he will not. Just as the truth has come fourth about Kathleen, we will all soon know the truth about Stacy. This man has had four wives; the first two were lucky, the last two–not so lucky.

Motive - A history of violence directed toward the victim, financial settlement from divorce looming in the background and substantial gain after Kathleen’s death. Motive is a no-brainer.

Opportunity - The only witness to his whereabouts is missing and according to her minister, she claimed that Drew was not home asleep as was previously stated. Opportunity clearly exists.

Couple those basics with the other circumstantial evidence, which includes statements from the victim foreshadowing her own death at the hands of Drew, I think the case starts to look pretty solid.
