You need to put work on the back burner and tell us stories about Adam as a child– We heard how he got his first bike– He had to pull weeds for a whole month? And he still has the bike?

I bet you are a tad bit nervous when Adam goes to some of those not so friendly areas– His best friend Eva Gollinger spends her time writing nasty articles about Adam– I teased Adam for a few days and referred him as persona non grata– as she called him–

I agree– call me old fashioned– a Church is to teach love, not hate– so I find Obama’s lapse of memory on some of Rev. Wright’s sermons to be lacking credibility– What has made this campaigning so sad is it has turned into a racial affair–

I will be perfectly honest with you, I did not become as interested in today’s problems, issues, etc. until Adam put up his blog– I knew very little of Venezuela and Adam’s close friend- Chavez– it is through Adam and many of the bloggers here who put up the links for reference and those who follow the story, I learned about Venezuela–

As this is my first day blogging I am astounded that
you all can do this fast & are so tuned in to todays
political arena. Really interesting & I shouldn’t say
this (as I said Adam may ban me after today) but
how could someone (Obama) listen to this so called pastor
(and all the hate? or anti american jibberish) for so many
years and not believe it. If he did not-he wouldn’t have
attended. Better stop now on that subject! Could get myself
in trouble.

This year I am not having Easter since my entire family (other than his Dad & I) are
in Europe. We do have great family gatherings, I usually have a huge Thanksgiving
with 25-30 + people. Hard to keep up with Adams schedule-but he usually keeps
Thanksgiving open for me!

Do you drive like I do? I think when I go through Sun City and the police are around, they radio one another and warn each other not to bother to stop me because after I get done telling them my story as to why I exceeded the speed limit by a few miles, they could have caught some real crimininals!!!!

Sun City has the slowest drivers on this planet– not one person goes one mile over the speed limit!! Some are even under the speed limit– and I am always in a hurry– (but I drive safely- I just go over by a few miles)—

Newt said it the best– This type of judgment Obama has exercised with Rev. Wright is not one we want for a President. I am a bit sick of the continuing saga- as I have watched these videos and arguments now for days– Personally, on the flip side of this, if I went to a Church and there was KKK thinking, out the door I would have been- Obama then said he would not disown his grandmother and he will not disown Rev. Wright- ( they are both family?) So Obama is going to let his loyalty to Rev. Wright jeopardize his campaign? Not too bright there in that thinking–

Hannity cracked me up tonight– he took full credit for exposing the story– I thought to myself, Hannity you would not have wanted to be on Adam’s blog when someone wins the POD- I would remind him if it had not been for John’s clue, Jen’s clue, et al’s clues, he would not have had the answer-
The Second Amendment– Now this is keeping me interested– The syntax of the Second Amendment— We will find out at the end of June!!!

I met your son here in Arizona- and I have pictures of him and me– It was one of my best days ever as I was able to not only see how handsome he is but I was able to see he is a good guy.
Your son and my son are the same age– one month and one day in difference- My son’s birthday is July 14th so not only do I see Adam as my son, but as my friend. I care for a person who has some deficiencies and your son treated him so well. I will never forget this as long as I live as I judge people by how they treat my friend.

We have a lot of fun here. Your son has much patience when it comes to me. I blog as there is no tomorrow. The people who come in here to blog are extremely caring and nice. Adam has many friends here.

Speaking of nice bloggers- one of the bloggers here sent me a couple bottles of wine from your business. I loved the wine– and I shared one bottle with some friends of mine.

How can a man who sat under Jeremiah Wright’s preaching for twenty years, a man who refuses to wear a flag pin, a man who will not even put his hand over his heart when the National Anthem is played possibly have a legitimate chance of becoming President of the United States?

How can a man whose wife (after living a privileged life and going to Ivy League universities) says that she’s never been proud of her country until her husband ran for President, even be considered.

Jeremiah Wright is an anti-American racist, pure and simple who still holds all whites responsible for slavery and the repression of black people.

Barrack Obama says that he’s only heard him preach about Jesus and God. In other words, he just happened to miss all the anti white, anti American sermons.

It is extremely hard to believe that Wright only preached these sermons selectively, making sure Obama was not in the congregations when he preached them. And I submit to you that he did not just start preaching these negative sermons in the last couple of years. I think Mr. Wright has been harboring these thoughts in his heart for a long time.

If Mr. Obama has been going to his church for twenty years the odds of him not witnessing or hearing about at least one of these venomous diatribes are too high to even contemplate.

How can a man go to a church where the pastor preaches such a virulent anti-white message and expect to be elected to the highest office in the free world? Doesn’t he have to be the President of all the people, white included?

Before some of you cherry pickers out there get on your high horse and accuse me of being prejudiced against Obama because he’s black, let me say this. I don’t care about the race or gender of the President of the United States, I just want the best person in the job and if I felt Barrack Obama was that person I’d vote for him in a New York minute.

I know that Obama has said that he doesn’t agree with Wright’s rants but he hasn’t outright denounced them, called them scurrilous and divisive as they surely are.

And where are the New York Times front-page articles? I will guarantee you that if Pat Robertson had even uttered one anti-black word in one of his sermons it would have been splashed all over the front pages of America and a feature on the TV news shows.

And what if he had partnered up for a trip to a foreign country with the grand dragon of the Ku Klux Klan? What do you think the reaction would have been?

Yes the old double standard is at work again, but this time it’s too little, too late. Fox News, bless them, has forced the issue and made it impossible to ignore, and rightfully so.

The people of this nation have a right to know.

driving! His Dad & I give her a bad time about her driving.
(She is really a very good driver) They are having a great

went last year and stayed near Kensington Palace & loved
Knotting Hill. Hope he gets to see the person who lives there as he drives by!!

avi- to define sacrifice in four words or less

here is my own spin on it

soldiers, sailors, airmen, marines

obama wants others to sacrifice while he gains.

Before anybody listens to his garbage, I want a list of his “sacrifices”

and collecting 130k a year to work 100 days as a public servant does not classify as “sacrifice”

I want one thing he has sacrificed, not what his parents or grandparents sacrificed, one thing he has given up for the common good.

He is a politician, I am sure he ca come up with something.

Modern democrats are really socialists…they always look down from their lofty perch and say “you there, man with a job, why are you not giving more of your income to support the less fortunate?”

Then they raise taxes to give more to the poor.

I cannot and will not take them seriously until they practice what they preach.

I will become a vocal liberal if the liberals in politics will do the following:

Divest themselves of family fortune

Take a pay decrease that lowers them to the median income of the area they represent

Work as hard in political office as I do in my business office (9-6, 5 days a week, 49 weeks a year)

Take all of their excess, and divvy it about.

Enroll their children in public education

Turn down congressional healthcare and instead let needy families take it instead

Pay for their own insurance

Drive their own cars

Modern democrats really only want the people they serve to be socialists, they want to continue to be elite.

There is just something night-and-day about hearing Michelle Obama speak after listening to Barack Obama’s primary campaigning (before Philly). I have the suspicion that she is just *not* going to be a plus-point to the campaign if it makes it to the general election campaign.
