In 2004 I was forced to fly from San Antonio to Philadelphia 12x due to family business.
I used to have anxiety about the "planeride".

That fear has been replaced by the fear of accidentally being labeled a threat by something as innocuous as looking nervous.
I have decided that if I fly again I am considering shipping all my luggage via a commercial parcel service and going to the airport nothing short of naked.

This is how intimidated I feel by security.
I am glad for heightened security but I think someone has overshot the mark.
Now if they can just get those chips in our necks or a scannable barcode tattoo in our hair, we could easily VISIBLY travel about the country. :-)))

How about some relief for those of us with artficial knees & Hips? We are subjected to a Wand Demonstration every time we fly.

I travelled with my family through SLC. I thought the same thing about the stupid business travellers. Fortunately, we were able to get to the Family & Special Assitance lane, where there were practically no passengers.
