Denise Richards stopped by FOX News to talk with me about her love life – and her famous figure.  The star is perhaps best known for her role in the 1998 film “Wild Things,” which she describes as a “sexy thriller.”  Now she’s starring in a new reality show, “Denise Richards: It’s Complicated.”

Richards is also famous for her marriage to – and ugly divorce from – Charlie Sheen, the father of her two young daughters.  Richards grabbed additional tabloid headlines when she dated rocker Richie Sambora, fresh off his split from Heather Locklear.  Richards tells me, “Everyone makes a point of saying that I like bad boys.  And in my defense, Charlie was a reformed bad boy and Richie’s not a bad boy.  He’s actually an amazing guy and a great dad.”

Check your TV listings to see the mother of two as she searches for a new man in her life.  One thing is for sure, with looks like hers, she has no trouble attracting men.  So how did she get that fantastic figure?  She says, “My workout secret is pilates.  Hands down, it’s the best.  After two kids, that is the only thing that got my belly flat.”

After our interview, I walked Richards and her publicist Jill Fritzo out.  As soon as they reached the sidewalk, Richards was promptly swarmed by fans and paparazzi.  I guess all that attention is part of what makes her life so public… and so “Complicated.”
