I betcha!! and oh...the police were out to get him again.....yeah yeah poor O.J. How does he keep being victimized by his own....ahem....ACTIONS? Nevada law prohibits folks from going and taking other property by force regardless of who the property belongs to (this is in the jury instructions). It's a no-brainer, he committed a crime. Should Nevada revoke this law to suit O.J. Simpson? I think not. But there's the sympathy vote. Ignorance or emotion is no excuse to break the law. He had no right to do what he did! Whether you believe O.J. was aware of a firearm in the room or not (I believe he knew)...he still committed, at the very least, robbery and kidnapping. The tape shows he ordered that "NOBODY LEAVE THE ROOM" Remember, other things besides "memorabelia" was taken. A cell phone and hat/sunglasses belonging to the victims. Is it okay for someone to come up to you, steal your purse and say "I'll mail it to you later" No...we'd be in serious trouble with the law....but it's O.J. Simpson, so it's okay. Guilty. Maybe he doesn't deserve a "life sentence" for this particular crime. But he does need to be convicted of most of these charges and do some time. If he’s found guilty, I’m sure there will be those saying that he was found guilty because the jury was “all white” you watch!!
