Thanks to Mr. Sinise and FOX news for doing this. Most media outlets do not provide an accurate picture of our efforts in Iraq and certainly most celebrities are not supportive of our troops. That saying “I support the troops, but not the war,” is a slap in the face. The troops know it is not true. Mr. Sinise is a true patriot. He can’t know how much efforts like his mean to those men and women. Thank you, Sir.
great special by Gary Sinise! You won’t see that kind of patriotism and support on ABC, CBS or NBC … Never mind CNN or MSNBC!
Thanks
Gary,
Your special hit the ball out of the park! Thank you for your service! Thank you for supporting our deployed troops and the kids impacted by the war. May God bless you!
Gary — Thank you so much for visiting our troops in IRAQ and representing all of us in our appreciation of what they are doing. You know the significance of this and you are absolutely THE ONLY ONE who is doing it. Others talk a lot on the news shows, but you are walking the talk… Thanks guy. I spent many months in that part of the world (Naval Academy 72) and my son is embarked now in a Navy Destroyer (Naval Academy 2000) so you know that we appreciate what you are doing. I just watched your show and it brought tears to my eyes. You are a true patriot. Please continue this mission. You are very important… Jim Pledger (Navy Captain, retired)
God bless Mr Sinise , Kimo Williams (an American hero) and the other members of the LT Dan Band and crew! God bless the Fox News people for putting together such an excellent video. Where are the other entertainers who live in fabulous wealth on the money they earn for their dubious talent in a country protected by these soldiers, marines, sailors. guardsmen and airmen? These volunteers defend our freedoms and make it possible for them to live in the greatest country in the world? Aside from a number of entertainers from the world of country music, there are few willing to inconvenience themselves to bring some joy to our troops.
The Americna public needs to be reminded that our volunteer soldiers are still out there in harm’s way, keeping our country safe for so many, including those who vilify them. Too bad the rest of the media is too busy worrying about whether Lindsay Lohan is a lesbian or Brittany Spears has gotten into fighting weight.
Gary Sinise in Iraq is important and should be required viewing in all our schools! Thank you for your excellent work.
