Glenn has a sitting president ever made fun of a group of people publicly? Tax paying Americans? Voters? When will he visit the Oz to get a brain?

I LOVED the Glenn Beck show today. The only thing was it was too short. I think there was more wisdom in that one room than on all of the networks and Washington combined. It is such a releif to know that there really are people paying attention to what is going on in Washington. Why can’t we have more shows where “real” “everyday” people speak out instead of getting interviews from the media’s own people and reporters. Also, why is it that we don’t march on Washington or boycott the other networks. Fox is #1 for a reason. We can boycott the other networks, (all programs), and send a message to Washington and the mainstream media that we are sick and tired of their prejudice. Also, one more thing, “isn’t Obama my president to”. Then, why is he making fun of me because I don’t agree with him. Isn’t that childish and immature? What happened to the plane that flew around the building. Who knew about it? What happened to the investigation? Nothing? Where is the media on this?

Glenn Beck for President??? I like the way it sounds!!! Thank God for Beck, but one man alone can not win this fight against the Democratic Socialist Party. Glen, I really enjoyed your program with a live audience and their views for government and this country. Please have more of them! This seems to be the only way we will be heard. I e-mailed my congresswoman several times, but I don’t think she even read it. I received a generic e-mail back. We need our voices heard! The mainstream media, Obama and Congress has not been listening! What else can we do to get our voices heard!

I enjoy your content and the reality it represents in a time when neoposition rules, however, have you been drinking? You are excited , I know, but don’t overplay, please.

Comment about the Tea Party people. They must not believe in President Lincoln and his decision that we are one country of different geographical areas and resources but all Americans. We are not individual states. What we can’t afford is the cost of State Government, the cost is saved in regional government as the time goes on in a democracy which is new compared to governments before our country. Jefferson said that a democracy is living, it changes over time and it must. The needs of the people change, unless you are an Amish or Menenite, who choose to not participate in our government, our needs have changed. Tea Party is not correct and term limits on all elected officials are needed.

Jefferson meant that you must participate and have an opinion and be involved as a citizen. Bush didn’t fear public opinion and he did what he wanted, not swayed by the American citizens who didn’t agree with him. The Tea Party people must agree then that no president should have the power to make any decision and only the people. Everything must be by referendum and the majority even if by 1 person is who rules this country.

How refreshing, real people, discussing real issues, and telling real truths! This should be an ongoing part of your show. I listened to it on the radio and watched it later on DVR….I couldn’t get enough! Thank you for giving the average American a forum to be heard. Unlike politicians, celebrities, media, etc., we don’t have access to the same wide reaching stage to express our views, and when we do find a vehicle to express ourselves (Tea Parties), we are portrayed as stupid, extremists, and misguided, to put it mildly. Well, forgive us for not being elitist, but news flash, there are more us, then there are of them!

This was a great idea for a show but way too short. I’d like to see Fox set aside a three-hour time frame for another program like this, allowing more “typical Americans” to share their grievances and ideas for our country.

Our Founding Fathers fought and died for our rights, our servicemen and women today are doing the same thing! We all need to protect these rights, or we are in danger of losing them. Our Goverment give millions of dollars to banks. Some of this was use for parties and COE’s. We need jobs before we need loans. You have to have a job to get a loan.

Personally, I think the tea parties are about much more than a protest against out-of-control spending, and increased taxes on the middle class ( under the guise of energy tariffs, etc.).

It’s about taking back our country in 2010 and 2012. I simply do not want to be subjugated by the liberal elite in this country.

Glenn, Great show and after show, 1 problem. Too short. Need a week of these for starters and then maybe once a week thereafter. Call me crazy but I think we need more of these discussions if the msm or Washington is ever gonna notice. Plus it brings us all together and gives us all a voice. Keep up the good work. Glen, I love your show and watch it everyday. I also listen to you on talk radio. My 9 yr old son has no choice but to listen in the car and probably knows more about the issues america is facing than most adults and this is evidenced by his conversations with his playmates that I overhear. He takes them to the back of my car where I have 5 bumper stickers that read”Big Govt. is like a prostate, the bigger it gets, the less it works.” and “I’ll keep my money, my guns and my freedom, you keep the change.”You get the picture. He actually debates with them. We went to a tea party here in Evansville, Indiana and Sara Palin was just here a few days earlier to speak at a “right to life” banquet. We had to endure for over a week animal rights activists TV commercials about Sara Palin. What is this country coming to. I loved your Tea Party live special and I really learned a lot. Especially about progressivism. You are so right about the Democrats and Republicans being one in the same. The chalkboard explanation of GOP and DEM was right on. It is definitely time that a 3rd party or independents seriously start to compete w/ our 2 party system….This current system is failing and causing some severe apathy. Case-in-point was the presidential election. These were seriously the last ones standing???! How refreshing would it be if those most capable actually made a run for office!

I loved the whole show very much. There were two things that came up that really got my attention. Although I know the difference between far left (100% gov’t) and far right (no gov’t), your line graph putting Dems and Reps on the same line was the epitome of a picture being worth a thousand words. That educational piece should be on youtube. The second was starting the process for the repeal of the 16th Amendment. That opens the doors to everything: the end of the gravy train for the Feds- including spending programs that rile people in different ways & an honest discussion about constitutional taxation at all levels of gov’t; taxation that supports the true functions of gov’t and promotes our financial strength. I find it laughable that our Federal representation feels they can “scold” others for high level theft when they have been stealing from the American worker for decades! Their criminal self-righteousness is stunning.

Unions are only as good as the people in them. I was a shop stewart for 20 years and on a field board for 5 years. You are right, always use common scense. The government is being run by a different mob now.

Saw your interview with Fritz on the future of GM. He would not answwer your question about who is running GM now that they have taken taxpayer money.

If Fritz is at the helm, I’m afraid for the survival of GM as a viable car company. It showed he was beholden to Washington and the Unions.

If he thinks the unions are actually trying to help GM, he needs to get his head out of the black hole in his rear.
